Assistant Principal

Laura McMillian

Laura McMillian serves as the Assistant Principal at Bermudian Springs High School in York Springs, Pennsylvania. Now in her twelfth year with the district, she has worked in all three Bermudian Springs buildings. She began as a fourth-grade teacher at the elementary school before moving to the middle school, where she taught Passion Project and Foundational Design courses, then served as the Instructional Specialist.

Before joining Bermudian Springs, Mrs. McMillian began her career in Maryland as a fifth-grade teacher. She earned her K–12 Principal Certification from Point Park University, a Master’s in Educational Technology from Wilson College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Shepherd University.

She is passionate about building a culture of excellence grounded in meaningful relationships. Her favorite part of working at Bermudian Springs is the strong sense of community, both within the school and across the district. Outside of school, she enjoys working out and spending time outdoors.
